Jeff will meet with you at your home, possibly along with others from our team, to evaluate your needs and discuss some conceptual ideas for your project. Then Jeff will provide you with a pencil drawing of our suggested plan, plus a detailed pricing proposal for your consideration, all at no cost or obligation to you. If you choose to proceed, we will receive a small deposit from you and proceed with final plans. Unlike many competitors, we require only a minimal down-payment when you sign your contract, then allow you to make progress payments as we proceed. We take care of all permits and inspections too. |
